Literally the most awful service I've ever experienced with an agency... Answers the phone in Spanish for English customers. Transferred me to other people without informing me first. Kept giving me the run around with inaccurate quotes saying I qualified for a lower rate, then would turn right around saying I didn't qualify for anything lower once I agreed to the quote they gave me, not once but TWICE. So in turn I decided to work with a different agency to get a second opinion and they were actually able to get me a much lower rate with the same benefits. Really makes me wonder how long I was overpaying for my car insurance... DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

This is the worst company I ever seen. They don't pay any attention to the customer needs and wants. They just sell the insurance and you cannot cancel it at all. They make all the dirty games to make you not cancel it. Don't trust them, go find another company.

A friend of mine recommend that I reached out to Nick at Golden Trust to meet all my insurance needs reluctantly I did because I had been a loyal customer to AAA for over 20 yrs. Surprisingly the quote was an immediate monthly savings for better coverage. Within days of rain we got flooded. We were covered and received check for damage with no hassle for our recently finished basement. Sadly, so many didn’t understand that flood coverage and back up coverage is 2 separate things lost. ME and Nick had gone over that coverage in detail and so thankful he had. Switching immediately Golden Trust initially was for cost savings however the best part of switching ended up being the outstanding coverage and the above and beyond customer services/support that had received from Nick.
